    Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS)

    ARPCO  designs and specifies vendor-neutral building management and automation systems including complete system architecture and building-wide network system integration for Temperature Control Systems, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and Branch Circuit Monitoring Systems (BCMS).

      • Power Connectivity Management. Provide power connectivity management in device hierarchical manner.
      • Data Connectivity Management. Provide data connectivity management in device hierarchical manner.

        Building Condition Assessment Services

        ARPCO can assess every type of commercial facility. Our assessments include a review of the existing envelope, glazing, roof systems, plumbing drainage and distribution systems, central and unitary HVAC systems, power distribution and lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and fire protection sprinkler systems. From the results, we generate reports that summarize our findings and offer recommendations for improvement and energy reduction/conservation.
